How do I know that everyone on this network is from my Organization?
No one can become a member of TKE LIVE unless they have received an invitation from someone who is already a member. All new members are screened by members of their <%= LANGUAGE['team_name']%> and anyone can report a person who does not belong.
How do I know that my information is safe and kept private?
The founders of this network are alumni of Pi Kappa Alpha. We have have built every aspect of this system around the needs of our TKE LIVE and its privacy. We have now done the same for the entire Community. Our main concern is your privacy.
Does my headquarters support me using this network?
We contacted all the headquarters of the National Fraternities and Sororities back in January of 2007. The common response was that they do not want to know what their members are doing (events, finances, etc.) because of the potential liability, but they do want to do what’s best for their members. Many are helping us grow through word of mouth as well as through alternative channels.
Can my HQ see my TKE LIVE events and Finances?
No. All events and finances can only be viewed by members of your TKE LIVE.
Who Funds this network?
Currently we are privately funded until we accept funds from advertisers. The only ad space is a single banner on the right hand side of each page. Our investors have requested that no alcohol, tobacco or firearm advertising ever be displayed. Only Fortune 500 will be allowed to advertise on our network.
