Kris White

CEO

Background

From day one, I liked to put my ideas to the table and fortunately always had talented people around to refine them. I was a survivor at Upper Canada College and played hockey as a defense-man. I went to the University of Western Ontario and completed a BA in Economics, but also took courses in Physics, Chemistry, Calculus, Engineering, Statistics, Business, Geography, Computer Science, English, Classics, and Psychology. My most valuable lessons occurred outside of the classroom, a large portion of them from helping my chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity to grow.

My professional experience began working summers at private investment bank named IBK Capital Corp., which I left in 2005 to begin a company named International Web Development (IWD) with a friend from school. In October of 2006 I began TSOT or “The System Of Things”. We assembled a team with the will to win, and so here the story began…

VP Sales

Background

After studying History and English at the University of Toronto, as well as Sales and Marketing at Centennial College, I got into the business of Professional Recruiting for the Information Technology market. Through my experience in that industry I learned what organizations look for from their vendors and the quality of service needed to run a successful enterprise. In addition to this, my skills in dealing with people of all types were enhanced by the number of different parties I encountered throughout my time in recruiting.

TSOT offers me an opportunity to step into a leadership role where my skills and experience are rewarded based on achievement and not bureaucracy. TSOT offers an extremely dynamic environment where young professionals can come together and create innovative tools for industries of all shapes and sizes.

Professional Motto

Production Manager

Background

I graduated with an Electrical Engineering Degree from Lakehead University in 2002. Prior to joining the TSOT Team I served with Xstrata Copper Canada as a Design Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt and a Maintenance Crew Supervisor. These roles taught me valuable leadership and disciplined process improvement tools, which offered me the opportunity to manage large scale process improvement projects, along with building daily operating production revenues.
